The company was founded by domestic private individuals in 1989.
The company was established by technical and economic experts who have great experience in completing investments; which is proven by several home and foreign projects that have been realized with their participation. Our company - together with our member companies - constitutes the Resonator Group.
The Resonator Group represents a significant economic and mental power in the field of installation industry, the production of machines and mountings, the trade connecting to the installation industry, as well as the real estate development and operation.
The aim of our group is to resonate quickly and on a high level with the demands of the market and our ordering parties, with the help of our prepared, qualified experts co-operating excellently.
In connection with its main scope of activity, the company has based its producting and service activity with company foundations and acquisitions.
In 1992, the joint venture Duna-Armatura Termelő és Kereskedelmi Kft. (Duna-Armatura Producting and Trade Ltd.) was established in this way, jointly with the German Ludwig Frischhut company. This joint venture has become the importer of pipes, profiles and fittings used for the building of communal lines, as well as the domestic and Romanian distributor of complete systems.
Since 1995, - as the biggest shareholder -, the Resonator Kft. (Ltd) has directed the steel foundry named Alföldi Kohászati és Gépipari Rt. (Metallurgical and Engineering Industrial Joint-stock Company of the Lowlands), that has a capacity of 5000 t/year. With about 180 employees, this firm in Orosháza produces mainly moulded fittings used in low-, middle- and high pressure pipelines, but they produce moulded machine parts, fittings and building constructions as well.
In 1998, the Ipari Szerelvény és Gépgyár Kft. (Industrial Fittings and Engine Factory Ltd.) residing in Budaőrs became the member of the Resonator Company Group. After seven years, in March 2005, we disposed of the industrial activity, together with the pertaining means, and since that time, we have utilized the released industrial real estate by leasing out of it.
In 2001, the Resonator Kft. (Ltd) acquired a minority portion of property in the Koncessziós Rt. (Concession joint-stock company) operating the public water utilities of Dunavarsány és Térsége (Dunavarsány and its Surroundings). As the partner of one of the biggest Austrian public utilities companies (the EVN AG.), we operate the territory, where the Resonator Kft. (Ltd) has built a drainage system earlier.
In 2003, as the biggest investment of its history up till now, the Resonator Kft. (Ltd) acquired a portion of property of 50 % in Aquapolis Project Company, and as a main enterprise, it built the Aquaréna in Mogyoród.
During the building we made use of our former technical experience, at the utilization, however, we rely on this special field of the quickly expanding entertainment industry, namely the growing interest on aqua parks.
In 2005, by buying out the former part-owners, the Resonator Ltd. raised the volume of its share in Aquapolis Ltd. to over 90 %. |
